Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-5 day processing after checkout before your order is shipped. Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 1-3 days for delivery once the order has left our facility or Priority Mail Express if you choose that option which takes 1 day after processing.  All orders are shipped with tracking and signature confirmation.

If there happen to be any delays with your order once shipped, please contact the mail carrier for updates.

Please avoid making appts with any hair stylist until you receive your hair. Shipment delays can occur. Please contact mail carrier if any problems with shipment.
